- Convention travel affects processing speed. Expect a slow shipping window about 1 week before a convention and 1 week after (recovery).
- Processing ≠ Shipping: processing is packing + label creation; delivery time is handled by the carrier.
- Mixed carts: orders with in-stock + pre-orders ship only after all items are ready.

This page explains when we are actively shipping, traveling, or in convention recovery. By placing an order, you acknowledge that processing timelines may shift during conventions, holidays, and carrier disruptions.

Below is our current 2026 convention list. More shows may be added as approvals are sent.

Convention dates, travel windows, and shipping updates may change. The most current information will always be posted on this page.
Current Shipping Status

| February 2, 2026 | Final pre-order drop for all holiday season pre-orders, plus any pre-orders originally scheduled for late February. We were able to ship these early after receiving inventory sooner than expected. |
| February 9, 2026 | Last shipping day for any orders placed before January 31, 2026 (website closed for maintenance). |
| February 11–17, 2026 | Convention travel: we will be away for Katsucon. Processing and drop-offs are limited during this period. |

These orders are scheduled to ship between February 23–27, 2026 due to convention travel and post-event recovery. This timeline applies only to in-stock orders. |
Pre-orders / reservation items (important)
- Clear pre-orders follow a different shipping schedule, as they are reservation items.
- If you place in-stock items together with pre-orders (or multiple pre-orders with different release dates), your order will not ship until all items have arrived.
Slow Shipping Windows
Conventions require packing inventory, traveling, setup, and post-show recovery. Because of this, we operate with slower processing during the following periods:
- Pre-con slow period: approximately 7 days before a convention.
- Post-con recovery period: approximately 7 days after a convention.
During these windows, label creation and carrier drop-offs may be less frequent. These are processing delays (not carrier delays).
