PLEASE READ — SHIPPING & EVENT SCHEDULE
- Convention travel affects processing speed. Expect a slow shipping window about 1 week before a convention and 1 week after (recovery).
- Processing ≠ Shipping: processing is packing + label creation; delivery time is handled by the carrier.
- Mixed carts: orders with in-stock + pre-orders ship only after all items are ready.

This page explains when we are actively shipping, traveling, or in convention recovery. By placing an order, you acknowledge that processing timelines may shift during conventions, holidays, and carrier disruptions.

Below is our current 2026 convention list. More shows may be added as approvals are sent.

Shipping for all February pre-orders, including Neon Halo goods, has been completed as of April 13-15th. Please check your email (including spam folder) for shipping confirmation and tracking updates. Email notices have been sent regarding the Nitro Chiral x Tower Records Cafe item delays, now estimated to ship in early May. |

Out of office — Semi-Hiatus: Attending KawaiiKon. No shipping will be processed during this time and email responses may be delayed. |

Pre-order fulfillment for all March & April reservations. Orders will ship as quickly as possible during this period. Please note that due to back-to-back conventions in April, Phantom Error and Silver Distortion pre-orders will be shipping within the same timeframe. |

Pre-orders / reservation items (important)
- Pre-orders follow a different shipping schedule, as they are reservation items.
- If you place in-stock items together with pre-orders (or multiple pre-orders with different release dates), your order will not ship until all items have arrived.
Slow Shipping Windows
Conventions require packing inventory, traveling, setup, and post-show recovery. Because of this, we operate with slower processing during the following periods:
- Pre-con slow period: approximately 7 days before a convention.
- Post-con recovery period: approximately 7 days after a convention.
During these windows, label creation and carrier drop-offs may be less frequent. These are processing delays (not carrier delays).
