Payment Policy
- All sales are final, with limited exceptions explicitly stated in these Terms of Sale.
- Payments are processed in USD. Currency conversion displays are estimates only.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, AliPay, and other supported processors.
- Placing an order constitutes agreement to all studio policies, including pre-order timelines, shipping practices, grading standards, and dispatch procedures.
- Prices may change due to demand, production costs, or limited availability.
- Chargebacks: Please contact us first. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in order forfeiture and account restrictions.
Adult Purchase Policy
- Adult products may only be purchased by individuals 18 years or older, or the legal age of majority in their country.

Refund Policy
We operate under a strict no-return, no-refund policy, except in the cases listed below.
Eligible for Refunds (Studio Error / Pre-Shipping Only):
- Items sold out or unavailable prior to fulfillment
- Inventory miscounts, warehouse loss, or system/processing errors preventing shipment
- Orders canceled by the studio due to verified processing issues
Not Eligible for Refunds:
- Failure to read product descriptions, estimated dispatch timelines, or linked policies
- Delays related to pre-orders, manufacturing, holidays, weather, customs, or carrier operations
- Packages impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, or local delivery conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Damage caused after delivery, misuse, improper handling, or accidental opening
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has entered processing.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for studio-confirmed incorrect or defective items.
- All items are inspected before shipment, and any damage or defect claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and may require photo verification.
- BISHIEPRO Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once shipped.
Shipping, Taxes & Other Fees
- Shipping, handling, and taxes are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Sales tax is applied based on California regulations and/or customer location.
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, tariffs, and import fees.
- We cannot mark packages as gifts or alter declared values.
Dispatch & Pre-Orders
- In-stock items are typically packed within the week of purchase and dispatched the following Monday.

Important: Processing time (packing + label creation) is separate from carrier transit time. Once your package is accepted by the carrier, delivery speed and delays are outside of our control.
PACKING TIME & TRACKING
- Tracking emails: Tracking is automatically emailed once a label is created. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk first.
- Tracking activation: Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the label is created (especially around weekends/holidays).
- Drop-offs: We schedule carrier drop-offs based on workload. During busy seasons, drop-offs may be less frequent.
- Address responsibility: Please confirm your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Order notes: Notes are not guaranteed to be seen in time for urgent changes. Contact us ASAP through the website contact form if something needs correction.
Expedited shipping: If an expedited method is available at checkout, you may select it. Please note expedited shipping affects carrier transit speed and does not guarantee faster processing during peak periods.
PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times apply to in-stock items only. If your order includes any pre-order item, please refer to the item listing for its estimated timeline.
- In-stock only (off-peak / no conventions): typically 5–7 business days.
- In-stock only (peak season / convention travel / major sales): typically 7–14 business days.
- Pre-orders: timelines vary by product and manufacturer schedules. Pre-order estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Mixed carts: Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship only once all items are available.
SHIPPING DURATION
Shipping duration is the time your carrier (USPS and/or your local postal service) takes to deliver after acceptance. Transit times vary by country, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. All transit times listed are estimates only and are not guarantees.

HOLIDAYS & DELAYS
During holidays, major sales events, convention travel, severe weather, or natural disasters, both processing and transit times may be delayed. Carrier delays and customs delays are outside of our control.

Manufacturer closures (pre-orders): Many production partners observe regional holidays throughout the year (including Lunar New Year and other national holidays), which can extend pre-order timelines.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING UPGRADES
- Protective packing: We pack items with care, using added protection for international shipments and delicate items.
- Box reuse: To reduce waste, we may reuse clean, sturdy boxes and packing materials when available.
- Large or fragile orders: Prints, pins, and larger orders may ship in rigid mailers or heavy-duty boxes.
Upgrades: Some upgraded shipping options may be available at checkout. If you need a special shipping arrangement (e.g., split shipment), contact us before ordering so we can advise what is possible.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
- Customs forms: It is illegal to falsify customs forms (ex: marking commercial goods as “gift” or undervaluing items). We cannot do this.
- Fees & taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, and brokerage fees charged by their country.
- Inspections & delays: Customs inspections may add delays (often weeks). This is outside of our control.
- Seizure or disposal: We are not responsible for packages seized, delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs or postal authorities.
VAT, TARIFFS & IMPORT TAXES (IMPORTANT)
- United Kingdom (UK): We are currently unable to ship to the United Kingdom due to VAT regulations and platform limitations. UK law requires VAT to be collected at checkout, and we are not legally able to process UK VAT under our current Shopify setup.
- No value alteration: We cannot mark orders as gifts, undervalue packages, or alter customs declarations. Doing so is illegal and may result in fines, shipment seizure, or permanent shipping restrictions.
- Tariffs & duties: Import tariffs, customs duties, VAT, and other government fees are set by the destination country and may change at any time. These costs are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Unpredictable costs: Tariff and import fees may increase or decrease without notice. We cannot estimate, refund, or adjust orders based on changes to government-imposed charges.
- Non-payment: Packages refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid VAT, tariffs, or import fees will be treated as unclaimed returns. No refunds will be issued.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge responsibility for all applicable VAT, tariffs, and import charges.
RETURNED & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
- No automatic refunds: Returned/unclaimed packages are not automatically refunded.
- Re-shipment: Re-shipment is available only after the package is returned to us and additional shipping is paid.
- International returns: Returns caused by unpaid customs fees, refusal, or failure to claim the package are treated as unclaimed returns.
- Return transit time: Returns can take 2–8+ weeks depending on the destination and carrier processing.
FORWARDING SERVICE (INTERNATIONAL)
- What it is: A forwarding service provides you a U.S. address, then forwards your package to your country. This can help avoid delivery issues and can sometimes reduce shipping costs by consolidating packages.
- Recommended when: Your region frequently experiences delivery issues, limited tracking, customs complications, or package holds.
- Tracking limits: Some economy services may show limited tracking outside the U.S. If you need full tracking end-to-end, consider selecting a faster service at checkout where available.
MISSING / LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
Read this first: Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, BISHIEPRO Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement.

Marked delivered but not found: Check mailbox/parcel lockers, porch/side doors, building office, and neighbors. Packages are sometimes scanned early or delivered nearby.

Delivery attempted / held: Follow the carrier notice or contact your local post office immediately. Held packages can be returned if not picked up on time.

Wrong address: If the address entered at checkout is incorrect/incomplete, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.

TAXES & HANDLING FEES
- Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight/size and destination.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout according to your region’s tax rules.
- Handling fee: A handling fee may be applied to cover labor and packaging materials. Handling fees are non-refundable.
COMBINE PRE-ORDERS!
- Smart shipping: If you plan to place multiple pre-orders, contact us before ordering so we can advise how to combine shipments when possible.
- Mixed timelines: Pre-orders with different estimated arrival windows may not be eligible to combine into one shipment without delaying the earlier item.
- Excess shipping paid: If shipping is overpaid due to separate orders and combining is possible, we may issue store credit for the difference (no cash refunds).
- Why we encourage it: Combining orders can help reduce shipping costs and packaging waste.

Pre-orders / reservation items (important)
- Clear pre-orders follow a different shipping schedule, as they are reservation items.
- If you place in-stock items together with pre-orders (or multiple pre-orders with different release dates), your order will not ship until all items have arrived.
Slow Shipping Windows
Conventions require packing inventory, traveling, setup, and post-show recovery. Because of this, we operate with slower processing during the following periods:
- Pre-con slow period: approximately 7 days before a convention.
- Post-con recovery period: approximately 7 days after a convention.
During these windows, label creation and carrier drop-offs may be less frequent. These are processing delays (not carrier delays).
